From Coogee Buddhist Group on Mon, 8 Jan, 2018 - 20:42To Meditate is to stop, be present and acknowledge gently and fully what is going on. And then to turn the mind, supported by kindness towards the object you have chosen whether it be one’s breath, kindness or anything else.
By doing this we gradually create a mind imbued with those qualities: friendliness, spaciousness, calm, attentiveness …….
