The second weekend of September this year saw the opening of the well-established Southampton sangha (UK)’s first centre, in a disused pub, complete with intriguingly re-designed pub sign.

Chair Sudharshini tells us about the project and the redesign, created by architect Abhayanara, also responsible for the re-design of Adhisthana and Triratna’s Shrewsbury centre.

Van 10-16 uur een dag met meditatie en over meditatie. We gaan verder in op OLLI, een methode om te werken met wat er gebeurt in je meditatie. Dat betekent ook: ontspannen, loslaten, laten gaan. Werken betekent niet automatisch hard bezig zijn, het betekent ook je eigen patronen leren zien, niet grijpen maar loslaten, ontspannen, genieten, vreugde van het mediteren ervaren. Voor koffie en thee wordt gezorgd, graag eigen lunch meebrengen. Op Dana basis.
