Mindfulness is the all-pervading infrastructure upon which all growth and development, both personal and spiritual, can flourish.

In this evening workshop, hosted by the NLBC Tuesday evening class, Vajradaka will lead us into practical and direct meditations and exercises which highlight how different facets of mindfulness help us become more positive and go beyond limitations in our meditation and everyday life.
