Discover how to meditate, and how to set up a regular practice at home. We will explore two core foundation meditation practices that help us to focus and to have an open heart - key skills for life both in and out of lockdown!
Regular meditation brings positive benefits in helping us to improve our mental states and thereby to learn how to experience life more richly. Whether you are anxious & worried, or maybe simply looking to make the most of extra time at home, or just plain curious about meditation, this course will introduce you to skills that can help you befriend your mind and learn to make the most of it.
Aryadhara, who will be leading the course, is both a career and life coach and an ordained Buddhist. In the spirit of generosity he is offering his time for free.
