Eight Step Recovery - Day Retreat

By viriyalila on Wed, 6 Aug, 2014 - 16:33A day long retreat exploring the The Buddha’s teachings to Overcome Addiction led by Vimalasara, Saturday, September 13th, 10 - 5 pm.

These teachings may be applied to all addictions, money, food, alcohol, drugs, sex and much more. Humans have an inbuilt tendency towards addiction, and the Buddhist teachings can be applied to help bring about sobriety of mind, self compassion and abstinence.
