Meditation is really very simple, and it can prove a greatly helpful tool in anyone’s life if they choose to make it a part of what they do. Our next Introductory workshop is on Sunday, September 7, 12-3 pm with Khemavassika. On this workshop participants will learn the ‘Development of Loving Kindness’ (Metta Bhavana) meditation. This is a traditional Buddhist meditation aimed at opening up to greater kindness, love, empathy and compassion. You do not need to be a Buddhist to practice them!

Please let us know if you would like to attend this workshop, email:portsmouth [at] thebuddhistcenter.com

This workshop is offered by donation, $40-20 suggested.
