Our main meditation practice for the month will be the Metta Bhavana.
We are continuing to hold our weekly meetings at the Chester Quaker Meeting House. The evenings include some discussion, meditation with tea and a chat. Everyone is welcome. We’re very friendly so feel free to drop in.
