By Sadayasihi on Tue, 29 Jan, 2019 - 15:19

Ricardo Rico became a Mitra and asked for ordination into the Triratna Buddhist Order in Venezuela over 20 years ago. He recently has moved to Cuernavaca, Mexico.

In this podcast we hear a little bit about Ricardo’s life as a university lecturer and father of three children. He also speaks about life in Venezuela and the current political and...

By Candradasa on Tue, 4 Sep, 2018 - 17:39

Immediately I said yes, and then I thought, ‘Oh, wow, it’s Venezuela… it’s almost like war!’ I didn’t know what kind of adventure it was going to be…

Jnanadakini’s Annals

In 1968 I was trying to understand the tragic political events in my country, Mexico, during the killing of many many students; and at the same time being moved by the Beatles song ‘All You Need Is Love’ and the Olympic games in Mexico.
