Hello all,

here you can find the updated versions of the ritual texts, which have been translated by Shraddharocani and checked together with Maitripushpa and myself. Some words have been changed to create greater continuity between the texts as well as create the appropriate flow of language.

I hope you enjoy them!

A sevenfold puja with all the trimmings, including an extended reading of Pingiya’s Praises of the Way to the Beyond. We also have the ethical precepts and the Heart Sutra recited in many languages, a gorgeous violin introduction and some lovely mantra chanting to stir the heart to practice.

Recorded at Adhisthana, August 2019.

By Candradasa on Sun, 25 Nov, 2018 - 21:28

On the evening of Urgyen Sangharakshita’s funeral and burial, after the departure of most of the 1,200 guests, those who remained gathered together to perform a special, final sevenfold puja and close an extraordinary day.

Padmavajra led the devotional ritual, specifically dedicated to Padmasambhava. In this extract we hear Surata reading verses to Vajrasattva known as ‘The Confounder of Hell’, followed by a rousing version of the Great Guru of Tibet’s mantra.

Voices were uplifted and many offerings made: to say a last farewell...

Sevenfold Puja for Bhante Sangharakshita

Sevenfold Puja for Bhante Sangharakshita

By Maitreyabandhu on Tue, 30 Oct, 2018 - 14:08

I thought I’d send you this on this so sad day. Mahamati asked me to write it for when Bhante died. I’ve sent it to Mahamati and Parami in case they want to use it on some occasion. I have re-wrtten it just now. Do use it or pass it on if you think that’s appropriate.
