Rivendell is a beautiful Triratna Retreat Centre set in the heart of Sussex dedicated to providing the conditions in which the Dharma is communicated and Sangha is created.

We would like to hear from Order Members with the experience and confidence to lead the Rivendell Team, exemplify community life, and develop the annual retreat programme.

We are looking for someone who:

enjoys meeting the varied challenges of life at a retreat centre
has a positive and effective Buddhist practice
wants to live in a small community and practice Team-Based Right Livelihood
