He was a human being, like us, who through his own efforts gained a state of complete freedom called Awakening or Enlightenment. Following on from our ritual boo on day two of the European Chairs’ Assembly looking at experiments with Triratna ritual, ceremony and liturgy, here is a snippet of some rather avant garde mantra chanting of the Shakyamuni mantra, following Ratnadevi’s workshop.
