Day 3 is the Shakyamuni mantra. Shakyamuni is the name of the historical Buddha, Gautama, who lived in northern India two and half thousand years ago. He was a human being, like us, who through his own efforts gained a state of complete freedom called Awakening or Enlightenment. When we chant the Shakyamuni mantra we can bring to mind the Buddha’s wisdom and compassion. We can reflect that just as he found freedom, so can we. The mantra is chanted by the Songsters. Allow yourself to feel the vibration of this mantra by joining in, or just listening.. Both ways of engaging with this beautiful mantra will be beneficial.

I’m loving the meditations, so beautiful, but as a hearing impaired person I struggle to understand the words, is there a transcript of the words used in each meditation? If so I’d find it really useful.
