A regular mindfulness meditation practice will help us engage with our life with more attention and appreciation.

In this online masterclass, Suryagupta will share tools to develop (or re-invigorate) a mindfulness practice that is enjoyable and sustainable. There will be led meditation, guidance, and the opportunity to ask questions.
