This Being, That Becomes
This being, that becomes
From the arising of this, that arises.
This not being, that does not become
From the cessation of this, that ceases…
Nidanasamyutta
Reflect on the end of one year and open to the new. These words from the Buddha provide us with a potent and pithy statement of this transition – and of a central Buddhist truth of dependent arising.
Spend this valuable time of ceasing and arising on retreat with Bodhilila and the team through meditation, ritual, chanting and just being. Let go of the old and open to the new.
