By Centre Team on Sun, 17 Nov, 2013 - 12:57Hi all, a quick note to say we’ll be back this new season with two weekly online meditations, starting on Tuesday 19th November. It was great reconnecting with people during the Urban Retreat and we want to keep it going! Thanks to everyone who filled in our survey - our new meditation times will be Tuesdays at 2.30pm EST/ 7.30pm UK and Thursdays at 11am EST / 4pm UK.

Come and join in the Urban Retreat Meditations

By Dassini on Mon, 22 Jul, 2013 - 10:31As part of the the Urban Retreat this week, we’re having meditation at 7.30am, followed by optional breakfast. These sessions are Monday to Friday and they’re open to the whole sangha.

We’re also having a half-hour sit at 12.30, Monday to Thursday, so feel free to come along to them as well.
