We started our educational session 2017-18 in the first week of July at Hasanbag area for Dalit Muslim poor children to get an opportunity for educational development. In this class most of the girls are getting benefit as they are vulnerable. Parents have certain way of thinking to not to provide education because of being Girls !

Third Children Camp at Koradi, Nagpur.

Our Third Children Camp successfully finished on 5th June 2017 at Koradi, Nagpur. Children enjoyed group meditation, puzzle, Moral Values of Jataka Stories, Games, Discussion groups, health guidance and precautionary approach. This camp was organized in local Buddha Vihar with the help of local people in a participatory approach which was so wonderful to work in a inclusive way.

This full moon - the 10th May - we celebrated Wesak (often called Buddha Day). In this short video, women in Nagpur, India lead a puja before a mitra ceremony held on the occasion.

We celebrated Buddha Jayanti by getting new 36 men and women Dhammamitra. The ceremony took place on 10 May at Mahendranagar, Nagpur. Tejadhamma and Ratnodaya led the ceremony !

We celebrated Buddha Jayanti at Triratna Buddhist Community, Mahendranagar, Nagpur, India. Total 36 Men and Women became Dhammamitra on this celebration. The women were 25 and men 11 happily declared 3 declaration in presence of many Order Members, Mitras and friends at Center.
