Our new session begins next week. Here’s what we’ve got lined up:
On Tuesday the 8th we start the eight week “Life with full attention” which starts at 7pm and ends at 9.30pm (£130/£60 inc book). It is apropriate for for all who have some experience of meditation. It is great for mitras and Order members as well.
There is a six week Saturday morning meditation class starting on Saturday the 19th September, 10.30-12.30. (£66/£33)

It’s like a retreat, in that it’s designed to help you practice the Buddha’s teachings more deeply and fully. But it’s an urbanretreat because you do it by staying in your home situation – so it’s about learning to make Buddhist practice real and effective in daily life.
