This is Module 1 of the Level 2 Buddhism Course by Vajrapriya used at Cambridge Buddhist Centre, UK (November 2007). 

The resources include: notes for the course leader (including learning objectives, guide lines for input and exercises, background information, suggestions for home practice), and handouts

Our new session begins next week. Here’s what we’ve got lined up:

On Tuesday the 8th we start the eight week “Life with full attention” which starts at 7pm and ends at 9.30pm (£130/£60 inc book). It is apropriate for for all who have some experience of meditation. It is great for mitras and Order members as well.

There is a six week Saturday morning meditation class starting on Saturday the 19th September, 10.30-12.30. (£66/£33)

Our Intro to Buddhism and Meditation courses start on Wednesday 23rd...

The International Urban Retreat 2011
