Dear Order members,

I’m very sorry to have to tell you all that Dharmachari Ashvajit, 82, is currently very unwell. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer last autumn, which has since spread to his bones, and has recently had multiple falls.

He is currently living in a care home in Llanidloes, mid-Wales, close to his boyhood and most recent home, where he is now mostly bed-bound, increasingly frail and increasingly unable to recognise people, due also...
