During the 2018 'What is The Order?' retreat held at Padmaloka for men who are training for ordination, members of the Ordination Team gave talks on each of the 4 acceptance vows, which are recited during one's public ordination ceremony and which essentialise what it means to be a Dharmachari practising within the Triratna Buddhist Order. In this talk Padmasagara speaks about the third vow, 'for the attainment of Enlightenment I accept this ordination'.

The talk by Surata on the first vow - 'with loyalty to my teachers I accept this ordination' - was unfortunately not recorded.
