Bodhiyoga 2024. This year two retreats in the warmer months. Late May and Early July. The first retreat, the “Call of the Forest” (25 - 31 May 2024) is a showcase of Bodhiyoga best practices and we present yoga through various modalities. Classical Hatha/Vinyasa, Remedial Yoga and Yin Yoga seemlessly exploring meditation and mindfulness throughout the day.

We are now offering our 200 & 500 hour Teacher trainings for 2021.
Places are limited with extra precautions in relation to CV19.
Following three key protocols to help guarantee health security:

1. Single room occupancy with ensuite bathroom,
at no additional cost
2. Students to do a test for Covid free or immunity
3. All training activities and eating
take place outside, “al fresco”

This June, we are running a five day meditation and yoga retreat based on Yin Yoga Online. Yin yoga is a wonderfully grounding and calming practice complements mediation. Note: there will be no dynamic yoga taught on the retreat.

It offers yoga teacher training based upon Buddhist mindfulness principles, and has been created by Sudaka and Sadhita, two Order Members who’ve been living there for some years now. They’ve just completed their first year and have ambitious plans to branch out to the UK, even to develop a Triratna-wide Yoga Training initiative.
