It’s the first full day of the Triratna International Gathering and Adhisthana is basking in summer sunshine!
In this short podcast we get a flavour of the ‘Alchemy of the Dharma’. We offer two groups with meditation and Yoga classes in English and Spanish. This format has proved very satisfactory intercultural event. Places will be...

She’s a yoga teacher as well as a meditation teacher and she draws on both those sets of skills to give this talk. And as you lie there, she’ll help you tune into your own own body with some...
