What Meditation Isn't - An Animation

This one is about meditation, and it was made for Breathing Space in London who teach meditation in schools and workplaces to help with the prevention of relapse into depession and addiction.

Paramananda is the author of a few excellent books about meditation and has many years of experience teaching meditation. Tarakarunya is also a very accomplished teacher of many years of practice.
