In this talk Dharmasri helps us discover confession using extracts from pujas such as those from the Sutra of Golden Light and the Vajrasattva puja. Exploring what confession is and is not with an emphasis on self metta and the feeling of liberation that comes from having all of ourselves witnessed by others.
How can we tame our monkey minds with love? This is a great opportunity to bring our daily-life practice with us on retreat. We’ll take a good look at how the crafty mind creates its own obstacles. Then we’ll use metta, build a sense of solidarity and connection, and learn to understand our most authentic heart’s desires, to release them.

It is sad to inform you that Dhammacharini Shraddhamati (Amaravati) passed away this afternoon around 1.30pm at her home. She was 75 years old and due to old age, she was on bed rest.
