Dear Order Members

The College of Public Preceptors is delighted to announce the appointment of Nagaketu, from Nagpur, India, as a Public Preceptor.

Nagaketu came in contact with the Sangha in 1988 in Nagpur, and was ordained by Subhuti in 1992. After ordination he established Right Livelihood projects, including a publishing house and bookshop. He became a mitra convenor, and the main coordinator of Mitra convening in India in 2010; in which role he participated in the International Council from it’s conception.

Hello everyone, I am full of inspiration and ideas after a fantastic retreat with the guys who have requested Ordination here in Spain though many of us come from all over the world. We were 14 from Venezuela, Mexico, Italy, England, Ireland, Catalonia and Valencia! Wonderful! Meditating, practicing and living together about 9 days.If someone out there is feeling generous, I have a wishlist and projects that we would like to carry out here in the Illuminated Forest.
