During a Sangha Night at Stockholms Buddhistcenter, 27 May 2013, Ratnaguna kindly agreed to lead a metta bhavana (loving kindness) and give some tips on how to approach the practice. (followed by a talk on The Great Love, a theme from the Vimalakirti nirdesa.)

Lokabandhu explores how Buddhists might approach the heroic task of changing the world. After reviewing the Buddhist concept of conditionality, he draws on examples such as Dr. Ambedkar and Triratna's paradigm of the 'New Society' to illustrate how lasting social and personal change might successfully be brought about.
