Tools for training your mind: an introduction to Buddhism and Meditation
A six-week course on the core teachings of the Buddha and how we can use them to train – and transform – our minds. The course will involve instruction in developing mindfulness and deep positive emotion through meditation, as well as investigating the key concepts that underpin Buddhism.
