From Community Highlights on Mon, 26 Feb, 2018 - 16:12

Here is a recent short film by Suryaprabha and the Lights in the Sky about a trip in Sri Lanka in 2017.  Lights in the Sky is a Triratna Buddhist project producing documentary films since 1992.

Suryaprabha writes:

Dear Order Members,

Vajramayi died peacefully in the early hours of the morning on 20 February here in the women’s community in Amsterdam where she lived during the last five weeks of her beautiful life. She was ordained privately by Dharmacharini Anoma and publicly by Dharmacharini Maitreyi at Tiratanaloka in 2005. She was so well-named: ‘she whose essence or nature is the vajra, or she who is made of diamond’.

For the last thirty years...
