The theme is the environment, but you can do anything that benefits others more generally beyond your Centre and sangha, inspired by the Dharma.

Its title was The Bodhisattva’s Reply - to the world’s suffering. Essentially, the retreat was about Buddhist social action.

“Atula, Srivati, Amalavajra and others will be giving talks on Fridays in June, talking about beneficial activity in the local community and the world. We will also be showing films most Saturday nights. There may also be other activities, like helping in local food gardens and so on.”
