Triratna reports from the European Buddhist Union meeting 2020

From Triratna in the Buddhist World on Fri, 25 Sep, 2020 - 10:16

As usual on the last weekend of September, the European Buddhist Union is holding its annual meeting - at Istituto Lama Tzong Khapa in Tuscany, Italy. The morning has begun with a presentation from the hosts and the local mayor, followed by the...

If you’ve enjoyed reading Sangharakshita’s books about the three jewels, you might be interested to know that they are also available in print, as Volume 3 of The Complete Works of Sangharakshita, The Three Jewels II.

If you haven’t yet downloaded last...

The Adhisthana Kula Report: Addressing Ethical Issues in Triratna

From Triratna Safeguarding on Wed, 16 Sep, 2020 - 08:33

Triratna’s Adhisthana Kula published yesterday a public report on its work 2017-2019 to address ethical (and other) concerns in Triratna’s past.

Read the report on its website.
View/download the report as a pdf.

The Adhisthana Kula, so named simply because it met at Triratna’s main UK centre, Adhisthana, was a group of seven women and men, senior Order members who volunteered to meet over many months and years to identify and address the matters of concern. As...

If you are any way way connected to Triratna, the International Council is kind of a big deal. Even if you don’t know it!
