Seven Point Mind Training Round Up - Making It Real

From Sheffield Buddhist Centre on Wed, 17 Jul, 2024 - 00:00
We will hear from Bodhinaga with a summary of the 7 Point Mind Training and reflections on putting the slogans into practice. The Seven Point Mind Training teaches us that we can change adverse conditions into the path to Enlightenment through compassion and wisdom. This week, we will delve into practical methods for integrating these teachings into our daily lives, exploring how to transform challenges into opportunities for growth and deepen our spiritual practice. Join us for an evening of insight, discussion, and inspiration. How would we act in every ordinary moment if we were Enlightened? How can we act to be more Enlightened? In this series we will be exploring a powerful, pithy teaching that tells us how to do just that.
