What to Bring with you

- Mosquito repellent

- Swimming trunks (if you want to swim in the lake)

- Soap and shampoo

- Although we will supply quite a lot of meditation cushions, it would help if those 
  able to would bring their own cushions, benches, mats, and the like.

The House provides towels and bed linen and bedding.

In Southampton, we are running a sponsored ‘vegan for a week’ event and we would like to invite you to participate!

It takes place the week beginning 29th June, costs £5 to join, and all proceeds go to Green Tara Trust for their work in Nepal.

Participants will receive a handy booklet full of information about going vegan, what veganism means, the link between Buddhism and veganism, as well as lots of great recipes and resources to help you through the week....
