Join us on this weekend retreat as we try to go beyond our habits and views and all the ways we limit ourselves. As we practise together and connect with the open landscape, open sea and open sky at Othona we will experience more spaciousness in our hearts and minds.
‘As far as the sky pervades, so does awareness.
As far as awareness extends, so does absolute space’.
Led by: Bodhilila, Prajnanita, Ratnadeva and Sudurjaya

How can we acknowledge and find a more creative response to the fear that we experience, taking inspiration from the Buddha Amoghasiddhi. 15 members of the Exeter Sangha will be exploring this theme, through meditation, reflection and ritual at the beautiful East Down Centre on the edge of Dartmoor. Unfortunately the weekend is now fully booked but there will be further retreats in 2016.

- Led by a team of experienced order members...
