What is another person? Vijayamala helps us to see how our assumptions impact our ability to see others clearly. Creating spaces for things to unfold in our relating to others is a practice of mindfulness.
How can we tame our monkey minds with love? This is a great opportunity to bring our daily-life practice with us on retreat. We’ll take a good look at how the crafty mind creates its own obstacles. Then we’ll use metta, build a sense of solidarity and connection, and learn to understand our most authentic heart’s desires, to release them.
