17th-23rd October 2020
How can we tame our monkey minds with love? This is a great opportunity to bring our daily-life practice with us on retreat. We’ll take a good look at how the crafty mind creates its own obstacles. Then we’ll use metta, build a sense of solidarity and connection, and learn to understand our most authentic heart’s desires, to release them.

All the morning and afternoon sessions will be live-streamed.
There will be the opportunity for all retreatants to participate in small groups for 30 minutes daily. This is a chance to connect and talk about your meditation and awareness practice.
The composition of these groups will be the same throughout the retreat to allow for depth of connection. In order to set up these groups we ask you to arrive on zoom at 3:35pm (10 minutes before the groups begin).
To join groups you will need to opt in on the booking form.
This event is free of charge, but Taraloka currently has no other source of income so please help us to survive - suggested dana £50-£150.
