Join us for our next live event and hear from our newly ordained Srirajni, who has been working for Karuna for the last five years. She volunteered on her first Karuna appeal in June 2016 and since then continued to work for Karuna. Srirajni will be sharing her experience of the many benefits of doing Karuna appeals and how fundraising is a path of spiritual practice.

Rosa will be giving a talk on Intoxication, there will be an opportunity to meditate together, and discussions around how we relate to this precept in our lives.

Saturday, 28th February, 7.30pm - Do no harm
Saturday, 21st March, 7.30pm - Not taking the not given
Saturday, 25th April, 7.30pm - Sex, Love and Simplicity
Saturday, 23rd May, 7.30pm - Truthful Speech
Saturday, 27th June, 7.30pm - Intoxication and Mindfulness

Young people’s evenings are open to anybody with an interest in buddhism and meditation under the age of 35.

This is the first in a series of evenings looking at the five precepts and how they apply to us.

This month Jo will lead us looking into the first precept of do no harm, with the positive counterpart being loving kindness.
