On 30 July, we started a new Bal Sanskara Class (Children’s Buddhist Class) at Bharatwada village at Nagpur for New Buddhist Children who don’t have opportunity to learn Buddhism from Childhood.

Our volunteer Dhammamitra Ashvaghosh Raul initiated for this class and continued. We are thankful of our volunteers !

We started our educational session 2017-18 in the first week of July at Hasanbag area for Dalit Muslim poor children to get an opportunity for educational development. In this class most of the girls are getting benefit as they are vulnerable. Parents have certain way of thinking to not to provide education because of being Girls !

Third Children Camp at Koradi, Nagpur.

Our Third Children Camp successfully finished on 5th June 2017 at Koradi, Nagpur. Children enjoyed group meditation, puzzle, Moral Values of Jataka Stories, Games, Discussion groups, health guidance and precautionary approach. This camp was organized in local Buddha Vihar with the help of local people in a participatory approach which was so wonderful to work in a inclusive way.

Previously we have distributed free uniform to 60 Vadaar children who are entering now getting entrance in the main stream of education by the efforts of People to People. These children were begging in the past but now they are going to school to get education and feel a part of society like other children. Thanks to our donors who helped us to purchase the uniform for those children.
