We’re looking for a new Programme Manager to join our dynamic London-based team. The job involves working with projects and partner organisations in India and Nepal, including a number of our Indian Triratna Trusts, to deliver positive change in the lives of people from Dalit and other marginalised communities.
Triratna Order Members who are experiencing financial hardship can turn to the Abhayaratna Trust for support. We make grants and offer non-financial support too in urgent health and housing situations. We also want to build a substantial fund for the future needs of the Order, including support for those who have dedicated their working lives to teaching the Dharma and building our Sangha and have been unable to save for later in life or times of illness.
We are looking for a new member of the community to work full-time in the office. You will need to be either an Order Member or Mitra training for Ordination, with a serious interest in an intensive experience of community living and team-based right livelihood, who is inspired by the vision of Adhisthana and motivated to contribute generously.
