Triratna Exeter Introduction to Meditation & Buddhism Course:
6 Thursday evenings starting 28th January 2015 at Exeter Natural Health Centre 7pm - 9.15pm £45 / £30 low income
This course will allow you to learn the 2 main traditional Buddhist meditation practices, the Mindfulness Of Breathing, and the Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness) meditations. It will also include an introduction to the main ideas of Buddhism.

How can we acknowledge and find a more creative response to the fear that we experience, taking inspiration from the Buddha Amoghasiddhi. 15 members of the Exeter Sangha will be exploring this theme, through meditation, reflection and ritual at the beautiful East Down Centre on the edge of Dartmoor. Unfortunately the weekend is now fully booked but there will be further retreats in 2016.
