Triratna Exeter Introduction to Meditation & Buddhism Course:
6 Thursday evenings starting 28th January 2015
at Exeter Natural Health Centre 7pm - 9.15pm
£45 / £30 low income
This course will allow you to learn the 2 main traditional Buddhist meditation practices, the Mindfulness Of Breathing, and the Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness) meditations. It will also include an introduction to the main ideas of Buddhism.
