Join us at the Portsmouth Buddhist Center, ​Thursdays 7 - 9 PM, June 23 - July 14, and learn two powerful meditation practices – Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana/Loving Kindness.  These are traditional Buddhist meditations aimed at calming the mind and improving one’s capacity for kindness toward oneself and all living beings.  You do not need to be a Buddhist to practice and benefit!
