Oct Sangha Nights: Brahma Vihara Series: Cultivation of Positive Emotions as a Path to Insight

By viriyalila on Tue, 30 Sep, 2014 - 21:53All are welcome to join us for our weekly Sangha Night, every Wednesday, 7 - 9 pm. This month we’ll be going deeper in our practice with a focus on meditation, specifically the Brahma Viharas.

We’ll start the month off on October 1st with a led meditation followed by small groups to discuss meditation practice. We will get into the problems, victories, and particular techniques in our practices and utilize our shared experience.
