Introduction to Meditation - Mindfulness with Breathing Saturday, October 18, 12 - 3 pm
Meditation is really very simple, and it can prove a greatly helpful tool in anyone’s life if they choose to make it a part of what they do. At this workshop participants will learn the ‘Mindfulness with Breathing’ meditation. This is a traditional Buddhist meditation aimed at calming the mind improving one’s ability to focus, choose wisely, and be creative in their conditions. You do not need to be a Buddhist to practice this!
