We are continuing to hold our weekly meetings at the Chester Quaker Meeting House.  The evenings include some discussion, meditation with tea and a chat.  Everyone is welcome.  We’re very friendly so feel free to drop in.

This weekend we kick off our year of celebration and gratitude for all that’s been achieved around the world since Sangharakshita and a small group of women and men first gathered to meditate together in a small room in London all those years ago…

Join us for our regional sangha celebration April 9th, 10am - 3 pm at Aryaloka Buddhist Center, Newmarket, NH.

The program will include an exploration of the Six Emphasis of Triratna, a community-wide kindness meditation (metta-bhavana), shared vegetarian potluck lunch, and a celebratory family-style puja in the afternoon. The course was devised for people who may not have learnt to meditate. In Cambridge, we provide both meditation and the Buddhism course as possible first courses for newcomers. However short led meditations are included in the Buddhism course and can help to give a flavour of what it is like to meditate as well as helping the course to be grounded in experience.
