From London Buddhist Centre on Thu, 9 Jul, 2020 - 11:42

The week before last, Subhuti and Suryagupta, LBC President and Chair, had a lively and personal discussion on the topic of race, caste and Buddhism. You can watch that here. Tonight, 9 July, they’ll be following up with a second part to go into more depth, particularly around the question of bias. Join us to hear what they have to say and to ask your questions. Find it here from 7pm.

This week's free eBook and much more!

From Windhorse Publications on Mon, 6 Jul, 2020 - 16:45

The COVID-19 crisis has affected us all differently. I’ve been very aware of the situation in India and the work Triratna charities are doing there to meet the material and spiritual needs of people with fewer protections than exist in many other parts of the world. To raise money for one of these charities, the Karuna Trust, I’ve recorded an album of Buddhist mantras. The album has raised £917 so far, but with a fundraising target of £5,000 there’s still a...

Chairs' Letter – June 2020

From College of Public Preceptors on Wed, 1 Jul, 2020 - 12:25

I emerged from my week off to the deluge of discussion around the subject...
