This is a newly combined role to increase attendance at WLBC classes, courses, and retreats, while also securing financial sustainability through fundraising, and potentially room hire. You will develop and implement strategies that attract newcomers and encourage regulars to deepen their engagement with our path of training. After an extremely challenging 2024 including death, serious illness and flood, the WLBC is rebuilding, literally and metaphorically.

We work as teams of friends animated by the Bodhisattva spirit to offer a transformative, graduated path of Triratna training.

We need three inspired and skilled people who live in or near London to take on two day / 14 hours p.w. roles in marketing, fundraising and finance.
