Wintertime is a season of potentially deep reflection and insight. Join us in our beautiful forest meditation space, rooted amidst in the majestic landscape of the Pyrenees. There will be up to ten days of silent communal practice with optional individual meditation support.

This retreat is open to meditators with at least six months experience of regular practice. Two meditation practices – Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta – will be taught to those interested, at the start...
