Wifi Access from January 2024

Starting from January 2024, we are introducing a slight adjustment to our wifi accessibility during retreats. We want to create a more retreat-like atmosphere for those coming here, and so will be restricting general access to the wifi for retreatants.

Anyone attending a meeting here will still have access, as well as guests who are not here on a specific retreat. If you have a specific need for internet access during a retreat you are attending here, you can discuss it with...

Ratnadharini is on the final day(!) of her 150 mile pilgrimage between the places of Sangharakshita’s birth and death; and, we have reached 88% of her fundraising target.

Here she shares her delight and gratitude for all the generosity she has received thus far, and tells us of her inspiration for the Tiratanaloka Unlimited project.

She would like to raise another £1800, which we could do if 25 people give £70 each.

Born into the Dalit or ‘untouchable’ caste and the 14th child of an army officer, Dr Ambedkar was the only one of his siblings to finish primary school. Forced to sit outside the classroom because of his caste, he could not drink water unless someone else poured it for him as he was not allowed to touch either the water or the vessel it was carried in.
