Ratnaprabha writes:

We’ve got two spaces for men mitras at present in the Karuna community in Stoke Newington – in easy reach of both the North London Centre and the London Buddhist Centre.  I’d be really grateful if you could pass it on to anybody who might be suitable that you can think of.

The community is in a good state at the moment, with four very committed meditators and practitioners, bridging the two centres.

FBA Podcast: Sitting At the Centre of the Mandala

From Free Buddhist Audio on Sat, 10 Apr, 2021 - 06:00

Death of Khemamati

From Order Connection on Fri, 9 Apr, 2021 - 08:56

Dear Order members,

We are very sad to inform you that Dhammacharini Khemamati (Mumbai) died early morning on 8th April 2021, at the age of 75 years old. Due to old age, she was hospitalised for the last 15 days.

Khemamati was ordained in January 2005 at Bhaja retreat centre. Jnanasuri was her private preceptor and Karunamaya publicly ordained her.

She was very simple and active in her spiritual practice and had a good relationship with her local centre and among the Order.

Please remember her in your meditation....
