Precepts in Slovenian

In October Natasha will become mitra at the Amsterdam Buddhist Centre. In preparation for that she has translated the positive precepts into Slovenian/Slovene, as well as the translation of the negative.

Adhisthana is a team-based Right Livelihood and home to two Communities, where our collective life and work is a spiritual practice.

We are looking for a Kitchen Manager and a Second Cook.  For both roles you will need to be physically fit and able to work full time, be self-motivated and work well with others.  Key areas of work will include:

  • Cooking and serving retreatants, guests, and community members, including any restricted diets
  • Taking care of the kitchen and related spaces
  • Maintaining and ordering food and equipment and upholding hygiene standards

Celebrated Bhante 98th Birthday. 

This year was 20th year of ritual. Retreat center having one of 108 Box which Dh.Suvajra has got for retreat center.

Sevenfold puja led by Dh. Ratnasambhava. As Padmasambhava day has also came on same day Dh. Guhyacitta chanted Padmasambhava mantra and seven line prayer of invocation.

Dh Chandrashil cut the Birthday cake. It was really delightful...
