As you may know, Silabodhi has informed us that he is stepping down as Chair of the Manchester Buddhist Centre in May 2024. We are therefore in the very early stages of exploring the process of appointing our next Chair.

You may also be aware that the Buddhist Centre is in the process of deciding whether to stay in our premises at Turner Street, or to move to another building in the City Centre. We are exploring both these options in...

Basic Buddhism Introduction retreat led by Kalewadi center. Subject for retreat was The Way to Good Life from Buddha and His Dhamma.

Talks given by Dh Upayraja on same. Retreat was supported by Dh. Anandbodhi, Dhni. Shilvati and other order members from Kalewadi center.

It was good to see Dhammachakra Pravartan Sutta study under Bodhi Tree.

Around 85 retreatant were present....
